Brian Gilgun founded Adzemen Demolition Inc. in 2016 on the core values of teamwork, integrity, and commitment. This insistence on quality of service, hard work, and responsiveness to client needs has led to its success within a competitive industry. In 2016, Brian decided that his previous work experiences and knowledge had created an environment where he could establish his own company to be proud of. Throughout this time, Brian has assembled a team of experienced demolition professionals that are dedicated to a common goal, thus allowing us to complete our clients demolition project in a safe, orderly, timely, cost effective manner. We have worked really hard to solidify a reputation as a premier interior demolition contractor in the Greater Boston Metro area. Brian Gilgun has 7 years combined in pricing and running demolition projects all over the New England region. These projects range from bathroom and kitchen guts in residential neighborhoods to commercial buildings throughout the Greater Boston Metro area.

Brian Gilgun
Owner Brian Gilgun personally oversees every aspect of your project and delegates responsibilities to our great team of professionals that will execute your project needs with quality, safety and attention to detail. Brian originally got his start doing demolition while still attending high school over 10 years ago. This early work experience helped to define what his life would be. After high school, Brian received a Bachelor of Science degree from Wentworth Institute of Technology in Boston, MA for Construction Management. While at Wentworth, Brian took on an internship as a Assistant Project Manager/ Estimator for a company doing large scale non-union work. This experience doing large scale demolition estimates would lead Brian towards a new position with new responsibilities, now having moved up to doing project management on multi-million dollar jobs. Throughout this time, Brian built a series of valuable resources and connections, while also establishing a reputation for quality work and responsiveness. This perfect storm of circumstances would eventually lead toward him branching out and starting Adzemen Demolition Inc. in 2016. Although Adzemen Demolition Inc. started in residential interior, they made a quick leap into commercial work, showing steady growth since our inception.

Brian Collins
Brian has been working with Adzemen Demolition for 18 months and brings with him over 10 years in management experience throughout various industries. During his time at Adzemen, he has worked as an Estimator and Project Manager for residential and commercial projects. Brian’s organized approach to managing staff and communicating job expectations has contributed towards our success in this competitive industry and his detail-oriented work ethic has been a critical asset to Adzemen Demolition.
Brian may be an office guy, but he is not afraid to get his hands dirty.
Brian was born and raised in Woburn, MA and currently lives in Londonderry, NH with his wife and two children.
